On 29 March 2006 over 50 people attended a forum called “What’s happening for young people in Hornby?”.
The invitation to the forum was generated by the Child, Youth and Family Youth Justice staff based at the Hornby Heartlands Centre and described the opportunity as follows:

The forum
worked through several structured small group-work exercises to identify
service gaps and potential actions to enhance services for youth.
